FAQ's

A unique and rare custom blend of  coconut soy wax, combined with the finest quality fragrance oils, and essential oils. We do not, nor will we ever use petroleum byproducts, or dyes in our candles. All of our fragrances are all natural, made from essential oils and/or 100% pure undiluted fragrance oils completely phthalate free!

Don’t burn a new candle for only a few minutes. The first time you burn a container candle, you should allow it to form a complete pool of melted wax across the surface of its container, from rim to rim. Keep wicks trimmed. A trimmed wick will give you a nice bright flame. Make sure to trim to 1/4″ each time before lighting. Avoid putting burning candles in the path of vents, fans or drafts. Currents of air can cause candles to burn unevenly or produce excessive smoke or soot that can leave messy black stains on your container. Let a candle completely cool before lighting again. A candle in a container takes about two hours to completely cool down, but it’s worth the wait both for safety and function. It’s much safer to trim the wick when the wax pool has hardened. A hot pool of melted wax can burn your fingers if you dive in for a wick before it’s cooled and solidified

Aroma candles are made with essential oils and have aroma therapeutic properties.  Made for holistic therapeutic care — for providing well-being to the body, mind, and spirit.  Used to gain energy, relieve stress, enhance concentration. The fragrances of essential oils are emanated in order to stimulate the senses. Basically, aroma candles are used, not just for their pleasant fragrances, but also for their ability to change our mood, help us feel good.  To enhance your health and your mood.

Please note not all candles are aromatherapy. For each one there will be an a asterisk (*) to indicate. Also these candles are priced slightly higher due to price of the essential oils used in making them.  

My aim is to make sure each customer loves their products, but if you do need to return an order, feel free to email me directly and I’ll be happy to take you through the process.

Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible.  Usually within 1-2 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) after receipt. Please keep in mind each candle is hand poured and in some instances need time to cure before shipping out. Please allow 3-5 business days for deliverly. 

Yes, please note only accepting candles orders of ten or more. Perfect for a wedding favor, bridal shower, anniversary, etc. Please email for more information. 

Only one coupon code can be used at a time. You can use coupons on merchandise that is not already discounted or on sale. Please note that free shipping is a discount.  At this time we can only accept one coupon code per order.
